Sebastian serves as the Lead Pastor of Restoration Church Homestead, where he oversees the preaching, teaching, and overall vision and direction of the church. He is passionate about faithfully preaching God’s Word, discipleship, and helping people know and follow Jesus. He also co-hosts The Overflow Podcast, where conversations continue beyond the pulpit and into everyday life. Sebastian is married to his wife, Lisandra, and together they have three boys: Roman, Jax, and Nate. Outside of ministry, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and enjoying a good meal with friends.
Charles Felton
Pastor of Discipleship, Equipping, & Spiritual Care

Charles serves as the Pastor of Discipleship, Equipping, and Spiritual Care at Restoration Church. He has been part of the Restoration Church family for a little over four years and has a passion for equipping the saints for the work of ministry and helping people grow in their relationship with Christ. Charles is married to his wife, Amanda, and together they have two boys, CJ and Elijah. Outside of ministry, he enjoys a good book, genuine conversation, and, of course, three cups of tea a day.
Angel Paz
Pastor of Worship, Families/Next Gen, & Communications

Angel serves as the Pastor of Worship, Communications, Families, and Next Gen at Restoration Church. He has called Restoration home since 2019 and loves helping people know and follow Jesus through intentional discipleship and life together. Angel is married to his wife, Samantha, who also serves the church by leading worship, and they are joyfully expecting their first daughter, Aurora Grace Paz. Outside of ministry, Angel loves spending time with family and friends, staying active, and enjoying meaningful conversations and good company.

I have lived in Homestead, FL for my entire life. Seeing this community transform and grow throughout these years has been an incredible experience. What is even more incredible is the opportunity to serve this community through Restoration Church. My wife, Susan, and I have loved raising our kids in the multi-cultural area that is south Florida, and this church has been our family throughout our time here. I have worn a lot of different hats of service, and as God continues to shape me, I am sure that I will be wearing more! It has been a pleasure of mine to grow with the church, and serve her to the best of my ability.
Rosemarie Olvera
Director of Operations & Missions

Rosemarie serves as the Director of Operations, Hospitality, and Missions at Restoration Church. She has been on staff since 2018, supporting the elders, staff, and ministry leaders in the day-to-day work of the church. She is married to Julio Olvera, and outside of ministry, she enjoys spending time with their family, especially their children and grandchildren.
Michael Rodriguez

Michael serves as the Young Adults Director at Restoration Church, where he helps young adults ages 18–28 know and follow Jesus through regular Bible studies and authentic relationships, all for the glory of Christ. He has been part of Restoration Church for five years. He is married to his wife, Katherine Rodriguez, and together they have a daughter, Analeia Rodriguez, with another baby on the way. Outside of ministry, he enjoys traveling and sightseeing with his family. He and his wife are also both registered nurses.
Madelyn Napoles
Director of Kids Ministry

Madelyn serves as the Children’s Ministry Director at Restoration Church, where she oversees weekend services and curriculum preparation and loves creating an environment where kids can know and follow Jesus. She has been part of Restoration Church for eight months and is grateful for the opportunity to serve children and families each week. Madelyn and her husband, Berman, have been married for 16 years and love spending time with their friends and family. Outside of ministry, she enjoys cooking, baking, crafting, getting lost in a good book, drinking coffee, and opening her home to others.
